I just cracked my screen! What now?

I dropped my phone in the toilet, what now?

As soon as your device suffers any type of liquid damage it is important that you bring it in as soon as possible – damage can worsen if not attended to immediately. We’re really good at these repairs and often help customers get their device working enough to get all their data back, but this does take time. With all liquid damage Book in your device at our premises for an urgent assessment.

Are device assessments free of charge?

A formal assessment report for insurance purposes will be charged at N$200 for mobile devices. All iMac and MacBook assessments are N$300..

Which devices do you repair?

Mobile – Apple, Samsung & Huawei (Note that we only fix some of Samsung & Huawei range) Best to fill in the Samsung repair form for a quote.

MacBooks & iMacs (Note we will require a serial number or model number to provide you with a quote) Best to fill in the Mac Repair form for a quote.

Console Repairs (Note we will the model number to provide you with a quote) Best to fill in the Console Repair form for a quote.

Do you assist with unlocking Apple IDs?

Unfortunately, we do not assist with the unlocking of Apple IDs.

How long does a screen replacement take?

We pride ourselves in being able to have your device back to you within 24 hours, however some repairs might take longer due to a number of factors such as workshop workload and parts delays. Our team will be able to give you a time frame for your repair upon booking in your device for repairs.

Do you offer trade-ins?

Yes we do! You can use our sell your device / trade in calculator to get a value on your device. If your happy with the value complete the form at the end of the valuation process and we will get in contact with you.

Do you offer payment plans?

We have partnered with Nedbank to offer our clients the Techloan option, this allows you to pay for your new device for up to 24 months. The best part of all you dont need to bank with Nedbank to apply for this facility.

Express Credit also offers flexible payment options allowing you to pay the cost for up to 5 monthly instalments.
